Sale or discounted items are non-refundable / non-exchangeable.
This includes Items purchased with discount codes eg, Black Friday, Boxing Day, EOFY etc.
We do not refund or exchange due to 'change of mind'.
We will refund if the item purchased is faulty, provided it is not due to wear and tear, and is due to a manufacturing fault. This will be assessed and determined upon the return of the item. The item must be returned in the original packaging.
All goods must be returned in the same condition as they were sent, including all tags, stickers, shoe box, etc. If not, the item will be sent back to the customer.
All postage costs are to be paid by the customer. However, in the circumstance where the item is deemed faulty, you will be refunded the return postage cost. In the event of exchange, prior to receiving your new item, you will be contacted and required to pay $10 for postage.
The product can only be returned within a 15 day period. We are not responsible for your package whilst in transit to our head-office, please ensure it is packed securely.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
If the item does not fit, you can return and exchange for the correct size or store credit as long as the item was full priced.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
